First-floor half-bath addition

Customer with mobility issues needed a half bath put on the first floor as the stairs are getting way too much for him.

One job, from the original wall through framing to the finished half bath. Different views, not a same-angle comparison.

Sturdy grab section & bannister

This was a straight old bannister and the customer wanted it replaced and a short piece around the corner for him to be able to grab onto that is sturdy enough to hold his weight. Solid as a rock now.
