Featured Project - 24’x35’ Room Conversion

Storage room with old carpet before we converted it to a bedroom suite

This 24'x35' room was storage space with 80's casino carpet. Now it's a bedroom with a full bath, laundry area, and closet - new LVP floors, its own 100-amp electrical service, all new plumbing, and hot water on demand.

Basement Half Bath Addition

This basement had a lonely wash sink that wasn't hooked up to any plumbing. We added a half bath with an upflush system - and the sink works now too.

Cliffside Backyard Grading & Switchback Trail

Transformed a mostly unaccessible and not usable area for a client. Now they have a usable path to a cleared area for them to enjoy.
